Inside Sales Account Executive
This role works the inbound side of PayKings sales: qualifying merchants who come to us, running discovery, and carrying them through proposal, underwriting, and onboarding to an active account. It suits an inside seller who likes a full pipeline and owning the relationship after the close.

The work
What you'll do
- Qualify inbound leads and run discovery calls with merchants
- Present payment processing solutions tailored to each merchant
- Manage your sales pipeline and prepare proposals
- Coordinate with underwriting and onboarding to move prospects to active accounts
- Keep merchants engaged after boarding, spot growth opportunities, and support retention
- Track activity and performance metrics in the CRM
- Work with internal teams to meet revenue targets

What you'll bring
Required
- Inside sales experience with a record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Lead generation skills, including prospecting and nurturing leads
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Account management and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems and basic sales reporting
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Nice to have
- Payments, merchant services, fintech, or financial services experience
