The work
What you'll do
- Recruit referral partners such as business consultants, CPAs, web and marketing agencies, and industry associations
- Onboard new partners and explain how referrals, revenue sharing, and residuals work
- Keep partners active with regular check-ins, co-marketing, and training on which merchants PayKings can place
- Route referred merchants to sales and follow them through approval
- Answer partner questions about referral status and residuals, working with operations
- Track partners, referrals, and results in the CRM
- Bring partner feedback back to leadership to improve the program

Required
- Partnerships, channel, or business development experience in B2B services
- A record of building relationships that produce referrals
- Clear, confident communication with business owners and professionals
- Organized follow-through across many relationships at once
- CRM discipline
Nice to have
- Payments, merchant services, or fintech experience
- An existing network among consultants, CPAs, or agencies
- Experience running a referral or affiliate program
