Sales Manager
This role leads the three PayKings sales teams: inbound reps working leads from the website and campaigns, outbound reps prospecting merchants directly, and the ISV team signing software platforms. The work
What you'll do
- Manage the inbound, outbound, and ISV sales teams day to day
- Hire, onboard, and coach sales reps, and run regular pipeline and deal reviews
- Set team and individual targets, and report on pipeline, conversion, and results
- Keep inbound lead follow-up fast and consistent
- Guide outbound prospecting strategy across target industries
- Support ISV deals through negotiation, integration scoping, and partner onboarding
- Work with operations and underwriting so closed merchants board smoothly
- Keep CRM data accurate and the sales process documented
The fit
What you'll bring
Required
- Sales management experience in payments, merchant services, or fintech
- A record of hitting team targets and developing reps
- Working knowledge of merchant accounts, pricing, and underwriting
- Comfort running inbound and outbound motions side by side
- Strong CRM and pipeline discipline
Nice to have
- Experience managing ISV or partner sales
- High-risk merchant account experience
- Experience building a sales team from an early stage
